Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do our best to resolve any issues to the best of our abilities.
Once items are handed over to our shipping partners we are unfortunately not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen products. Unless there is an issue with a product that resulted from our error/doing - all items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
A refund or store credit will be issued for any orders that we may be at fault for. We take the quality of our products very seriously and want you to be happy!
Shipping:
All items are shipped within 1-5 business days of order placement. Because our products are custom made and packaged with care, Rose Wild & Co cannot assume responsibility for lost, damaged and/or stolen packages.
Custom Hats:
Custom hat orders are made to order. There is a 3-4 week turnaround time to create custom hats. Upon being finished, your custom hat will be shipped out the following day. We do our best to get your hat out as son as possible. To ensure your satisfaction, please understand that each custom hat is made with care and detail - and that takes time!
Privacy:
Your privacy information is important and will never be shared or sold by Rose Wild & Co. Payment information is not stored in any way on by us or our site and your private account information cannot be accessed.
